iii) With Visa, Master Card and Eurocard (Credit card payment form (MS EXCEL format)) 

A copy of he payment receipt should be sent to the Editor's office. After the copy of the recipt is received, the wanted issue will be sent to you as soon as possible. Don't forget to include the number of the issue you want, and your mailing address in the fax/letter.
